Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 26, 2026
Mintpad is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, what we do not collect, and how we handle your data when you use our decentralized Platform.
1. Information Collected
To provide a functional Web3 user interface, we collect limited categories of information:
- Wallet Addresses: We display and log your public wallet address to identify your connected state and index on-chain assets.
- Public Blockchain Activity: We query and display transactions, listings, offers, transfers, and metadata associated with your wallet address on the public ledger.
- Connection Data: We process IP addresses solely for security, DDoS protection, and rate-limiting purposes.
- Usage & Analytics: We collect anonymous interaction logs (e.g., clicks, page views, error records) to debug the Platform and monitor performance.
No Personal Identity Verification (KYC) is required or collected to browse or trade on Mintpad.
2. Information NOT Collected
Due to the non-custodial nature of our Platform, we never collect, store, or have access to:
- Private keys.
- Wallet seed phrases or recovery words.
- Wallet passwords.
- Personal identities (names, physical addresses, government IDs).
- Custody of your digital assets.
3. Cookies
We use local storage and cookies to maintain Platform functionality:
- Connection State: To remember if you have previously connected your wallet.
- Legal Acceptance: To remember if you have read and agreed to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Preferences: To store user interface selections (such as theme configurations or default listings display).
- Analytics: To distinguish unique visitors for anonymous traffic analysis.
4. Public Blockchain Data
Please note that public blockchains (such as Cronos) are transparent by design. All wallet addresses, smart contract interactions, token transfers, minting events, listings, and offers are recorded publicly on the immutable ledger. Mintpad merely aggregates and indexes this public information for ease of viewing. We have no control over, and cannot modify or delete, data stored on-chain.
5. Third-Party Services
Mintpad integrates and uses various third-party services to deliver the Platform:
- RPC Providers: To query and send transactions to the blockchain.
- CDN Providers: To optimize loading times of assets and images.
- IPFS Gateways: To fetch decentralized media and metadata assets.
- Wallet Providers: To establish secure wallet connections.
Each of these third-party components is subject to its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies to understand their data handling practices.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information under our control. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
